Key Terms & Conditions (Included in the Agreement)

1. Subscription & Verification

• The subscriber must upload a signed Rental Agreement and valid ID proof (Aadhaar / PAN / Passport).
• Verification will be done before dispatch. No device will be shipped until verification is complete.

2. Payment Rules

• First month’s rent + security deposit must be paid in advance.
• Monthly rent auto-renews every 28 days.
• If payment is delayed beyond 5 days, the device may be locked or collected back.

3. Usage Policy

• The iPhone must be kept in excellent condition, without:
  
• Any physical damage, dents, or cracks.
• Any unauthorized part replacement or repair.
• Any jailbreak, rooting, or software modification.
• Battery health must remain above 94% (6% degradation allowed).

4. Return Policy

• Device must be returned on or before 6 months from delivery date.
• Device will be checked for:
  
• Physical condition
• Battery health
• Original Apple parts & full functionality
• If the phone passes inspection, the security deposit is refunded within 5–7 working days.

5. Damage, Loss, or Theft

• Minor damage: repair cost will be deducted from deposit.
• Major damage / part replacement / loss: subscriber must pay the full replacement value of the iPhone 17 PRO .
• Theft or loss must be reported to RentMyiPhone and the local police immediately.

6. Early Termination

• Subscriber may end subscription early with 7-day prior notice.
• RentMyiPhone may terminate the plan for non-payment, misuse, or violation of terms.
• Device must be returned within 48 hours of termination notice.

7. Data Privacy

• All devices are factory-reset before delivery and after return.
• RentMyiPhone is not responsible for data loss. Customers should back up their data before returning.
